Please be aware that similar services are offered on-line by Bailiffs and Landlords and Estate Agents who are not legally qualified and cannot issue Court proceedings or conduct a court case for you. All they can do is serve the initial notice and thereafter pass the matter to a firm of Solicitors of their choice causing delay and lack of continuity.
